Education is not broken but there are areas that need to be transformed. So are we ready to be agents of change? The doors of the school being open are not enough -- transformation must occur during the hours of operation. As we examine ourselves and reflect on the urgency of this matter we cannot allow difficulties to reduce our ability to influence. What best practices do you use to be agents of change?
